Ad contract includes automatic inclusion on the Stone Industry News
website, Advertiser section. If you would like a link to your web
site, please indicate.
Specifications:
We can print either black and white or full-color ads. There is
a premium added for color ads.
All ads must be supplied in high-resolution
format (200 dpi).
Color ads print in CMYK (spot colors not available).
Platforms:
Macintosh preferred. (IBM-compatible accepted, although fonts will
be replaced by Mac versions if necessary)
File Formats:
Our first choice for digital submission is a high-resolution, print-quality
CMYK Adobe PDF. If you are unable to produce your finished ad in
a high resolution PDF format we will also accept ads in the following
formats:
• Quark file—version 4-6. If you elect to send us your
Quark file please collect for output to include all fonts and grahics
• Photoshop TIFF CS2 or earlier (flattened)
• Adobe Illustrator eps CS2 or earlier (with all text converted
to outline and images embedded)
• InDesign CS2
We do NOT accept ads in Corel, Publisher or other formats not listed
above.
Photos:
300 dpi saved as TIFF or EPS. Color images must be CMYK. RBG images
will not convert properly. Do not compress graphics using JPEG or
LZW.
MATERIAL DEADLINE:
Ad insertions due 10th of each month for publishing and mailing
1st of following month.
Ad material due 15th of each month for publishing and mailing 1st
of following month .
