Jason Borden one of the principals of B.B. Solid Surface runs this highly successful three-year-old enterprise located in Mesa, Arizona. The company’s market area covers the entire state and employs 30 people. “The reason for our great growth spurt over the past few years is twofold,” said Borden from the company’s headquarters, “first we do quality work and I mean by hand, everything must be up to our exacting standards or we do it over again.”

“The second reason is that carefully monitored quality workmanship, precise scheduling and devotion to duty has spread from contractors, designers and satisfied clients by word of mouth throughout the state and I have never done any advertising. Our operation covers two adjacent buildings which house our showrooms, fabricating facility and yards.”

Borden continued, “We specialize in the fabrication and installation of countertops. We are certified fabricators of several quality products including solid surface, quartz surfaces and natural stones. Our professional teams ensure these products are precisely installed, a feat in itself considering we do at least five complete kitchens a day. This also includes baths and specialty items such as fireplaces, wall treatments and custom fittings.”

“Our entire business mix is approximately 80% residential and 20% commercial. On that commercial side we do theaters, casinos, and motels. As you might imagine it takes quite a bit of ingenuity to not only move our fabrication teams throughout a state the size of Arizona but consider our in house fabrication shop, our expert craftsman depend upon the best equipment available on the market including our two Matrix Sebring Gantry Saws which virtually run constantly with never a breakdown or adjustment. Without that kind of service we could not perform at our level."
